Product Description:
ASV Fluonox 303 grease is a perfluorinated polyether (PFPE) based lubricating grease for use in severe operating conditions of high temperature and aggressive chemical environments. It exhibits excellent resistance to thermal degradation and offers excellent lubrication over a wide temperature range of -30 to +288°C. It is non flammable, oxygen compatible and chemically inert. Extremely low evaporation loss at high temperatures increases re-lubrication intervals and reduces lubrication and associated maintenance costs thereof. ASV Fluonox 303 grease offers extended protection from rusting, corrosion and wear.
Applications:
Tenter frames in textile industry
Life time sealed, maintenance free bearings
Bearings exposed to high temperatures, moisture and aggressive chemicals
Bearings in paper and corrugation manufacturing machines
Instruments and instrument bearings
Wheel bearings, universal joints, paint plant conveyor bearings
Fan blower and ventilation fan bearings
Textile calendar roll bearings
Conveyor bearings in glass and aluminum plants
Oxygen and chlorine plants and pumping stations
Rollers in conveyor ovens, tunnel ovens, reaction chambers, furnaces and boilers where lubrication is beyond mineral oil or synthetic oil based lubricants
Bearings of kiln cars, tyre molding machines, bakery equipment, vacuum pumps, driers, electric motors
Benefits:
Extremely wide service temperature range
Excellent chemical and water washout resistance
Excellent resistance to oxidation and high degree of thermal stability
Non reactive to metal, plastic, elastomers and rubber
Extremely low evaporation loss
Very good extreme pressure and wear characteristics
Non flammable, chemically inert non toxic
Directions for Use:
Use as supplied. Never dilute or mix with other oil or grease. For optimal lubrication and adhesion, clean and degrease the surface of all previous residues, lubricants or contaminants with ASV CS 50 or CS 81 heavy duty degreaser. To ensure no entrapment of cleaning agent, blow dry with dry compressed air. Apply by normal greasing methods of filling greases i.e. by brush or by suitable methods for dispensing NLGI 2 grade grease. This grease is not compatible with other greases or conventional lubricants and should not be mixed with any other oils or grease. Replace cap after use.
